Name Badges

Custom name badges for every occasion! Look fancy at a convention or use them as a profile picture. This section has a mix of requests, personal examples, and commissions. Badges are provided as high resolution PNG illustrations with and without a background.

Profile Icons

Similar to badges but more simplified with no custom lettering. A head shot you can easily use on social media. Provided in high resolution PNG for better flexibility of use.

Terms of Service [TOS]

Once a commission is placed on my Artistree communication will continue through Artistree. This allows me to keep messages tied to each commission and maintain organization while ensuring your buyer security.

Revisions

-Each commission includes one free revision during the sketch stage.
-Any revision beyond the included one will cost $7 per change, applied to both the $10 and $15 listings.
-Included free revision is offered during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur the listed revision fee.
-Revisions apply only to adjustments within the original request. Major changes or new concepts require a new commission.

Turnaround

- Typical turnaround is 1 week per piece maximum.
- The one free revision is completed within the original timeline whenever possible.
- Revisions may extend the turnaround time, depending on how many changes are requested and how quickly feedback is provided.
- If a client takes longer than 24–48 hours to respond to sketches or revision previews, the turnaround time may shift accordingly.

WIPs / Sketches

You will be provided a sketch during the initial phase in order to request further changes (see revision notes above)

Payment

- Payment is required upfront before I begin, no exceptions.
- Payment is handled through Artistree, I never have access to your personal information and you maintain buyer security
- Stripe is my primary payment processor and Paypal is not accepted at this time

I reserve the right to deny a commission request for any reason.
